Board of Directors & Commmittees
The Board of Directors, under authority granted in the Covenants and By-Laws, has the duty to administer the affairs of the Covington Woods Homeowner’s Association, Inc.
It is primarily responsible for determining the annual budget, setting and collecting annual dues, upholding the architectural standards and guidelines, maintaining common areas, engaging contractors, buying insurance, and paying taxes. Board members serve without compensation.

Assures that homeowners observe the provisions of the Covenants, By-Laws, and Architectural Standards. They receive and respond to written requests from owners for approval of changes or additions to the exterior of their homes and/or property.
